Drama as Church Members Curse Landowner for Demolishing Building on Newly Purchased Land

Tension erupted after a church building was demolished by the owner of a piece of land who recently acquired the property.

Reports indicate that the new landowner pulled down the structure after purchasing the land, leaving members of the congregation shocked and upset.

The incident triggered outrage among church members, with some taking to social media to voice their anger over the development.

In a video that has since gone viral online, a church member who filmed the aftermath was heard raining curses on the landowner.

She said:
“By the grace of God, you will forever regret buying this land in Jesus’ name. Look at how you demolished our church. It’s not the government that did this, but the owners of the land in our estate. That is how their lives will also be demolished. Sickness they don’t even know about will find them.”

The woman went on to accuse the landowner of failing to honor God with the property.

“Since you bought the land and you cannot give it to the church to glorify God, the money you refused to use for God’s glory will not help you do anything meaningful. Everywhere you used to drive to, you will start trekking there. I may not know you, but God knows you. You that treated God’s house this way will not prosper in Jesus’ name,” she added.

The viral video has since sparked mixed reactions online, with many debating issues surrounding land ownership, church rights, and moral responsibility.

While some social media users expressed sympathy for the church members, others argued that the landowner has the legal right to demolish any structure on property he legally owns.

The incident has once again stirred conversations about property disputes and religious tolerance within residential estates across Nigeria.
